Overall, lovely experience. I put a deposit to hold a houseboat reservation for 3 people and no AC for a day cruise from 11 to 5. We were running late, we let them know and called 5 min before arrival. Boat was on other side of the river. After arrival, the boat slowly came to our side. Our elder was able to board the boat with assistance.We asked to finish up at 4:30 and they were fine with it. Midtrip we asked to pick up toddy and the accomodated. We had asked for no 🌶 in the food. The sambar and fish curry were still spicy but all the other dishes were great. Delicious. They took us to an old church and to see a duck farm. Excellent trip. Clean boat and clean bathroom. I asked for soap and toilet paper and they put them in.
Great houseboat experience with lots of food. Duck mappas, chicken, pork, chemeen and muyal and anything you get would be cooked with soecial nadan flavours.
